Payments made through DOXO or similar services are not guaranteed to be received on time and may be delayed or never received by Jefferson PWA. If your payment arrives late or is not received, late fees, penalties, or service interruption (shut-off) may occur.

To ensure your payment is properly credited and posted on time, please use only Jefferson Water’s authorized payment methods, which include:

• Paying by phone using our official phone number 501-300-6412

• Paying in person or by mail directly to Jefferson Water 

Jefferson Water cannot be responsible for delays, fees, or service interruptions caused by payments made through unauthorized third-party services.
