The Homeowner Application is for those who have purchased property outright and need to transfer the water service into their name. If you're a renter with a lease agreement, or a buyer in a "for sale by owner" situation, you'll want to complete the Renter Application. Additionally, our Water Waiver Form allows you to facilitate water service activation at your residence, even if you cannot be present.
